    Ed was fantastic. TOP NOTCH customer service. It was all in real-time and helped me make my purchase immediately. I received the Updated Auto Shift Knob for my E91 just a few days later. Didn't expect it make it across the country that fast. The knob looks and feels great, you couldn't tell it was aftermarket once installed... exactly what I was going for with this car. Light years better than that old stock junky shift knob. I was a past Bimmian customer many years ago, Ed has won my business back again. Incredibly happy with the entire process.

    Great gear knob. Installed easily and looks great. Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade from the factory gear knob.
